INSDUSTRIAL TRAINING

Last week I have got problem about myself confidence when I count and check money and now the problem has solved. I feel better for this week than last week because now I can focused 100% for my tasks and responsibility. This week I make a correction to the tasks which my unit members to do mistaken such as I should check and make correction the data and amount of electricity bills in Bandar Penawar, Bandar Mas, Bandar Sri Perani, Tg. Balau, Desaru and Punggai obligations under LBJT for January until November 2011 using the accounts software. It seem a simple tasks but actually not because it need a high accuracy in key in the total or number. Every data is details and if have one mistake it will effect to overall data and need start from beginning. It is very tiring and sometime I should work overtime because I need do correction before close the account. I'm very hated and angry when have a mistakes in data and calculation because I can't back to home on time." >_< "  But, the things that make me happy for this week is I allowed by my supervisor to work in customers counter where I can help my members called sister Laila to deal with customers. Besides that, I help her decorate a part of Aduan Pelanggan Awam and provide Borang Kepuasan Pelanggan. I'm very happy because I can using my creativity to help her decorate the counter to increase the customer satisfy. (Hehehe...very interesting). When I work in customers counter, I learn how to provide Borang Kepuasan Pelanggan that means what question which suitable to put in the form and how to design it to attract the customers to fill in the form. I also learn how to using a system which including paymennt for tax, rental, license, etc. Thanks to my supervisor because allows me to gain experience at customers counter.
