Hmmm....I can say this week is my charity work week because for this week my tasks is help my units member to complete their tasks. Other word, I can gain experience from my units member because there are have many things that I want to know in reality of working. I think this week is very interesting to me because I'm not too depressed by my responsibility to complete my boring tasks like before this. @_@
The first my charity is I help my units member who I called a sister Lina send the check to Administration Department and ask the signature from Mr. Wan Mohd Ashril. So, this is my opportunity to see the overall of Administration Department environment. I think, this is a good time for me acquainted with the staff and other training industrial student in this department to make a new friends (hehehe). For my observation, my department working environment is more big and comfortable than Administration Department. I can also see the difference the ways of working and tasks both department. 0.o (there are have a big difference).
Other than that, this week I volunteer to help my member called Mr. Azeewan to help him in shop owned by KEJORA to sell the souvenirs because the KEJORA has held Majlis Sambutan Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Kejora Tahun 2011 for one week. From this, I can gain experience how to calculate the stock but, the more important is I deal with customers where I was faced and serve a variety of bureaucratic customers. No doubt, deal with customers is requires more patient and must know how to faced with difficult customers. My mind, my body and my soul so tired. I'm dying. x_x'' Besides that, I was entrusted by my supervisor to take his responsibility where he want me to teach other members about new system which the company was implemented for five month. Besides that, he want also I check every file and data which my units member done like he do before this. For example, I check a paper work of Belanjawan for 2012, Perbelanjaan Projek Kontrak 2012 and amount of electricity bills. Before he give his responsibility to me he was teach me first. I feel difficult for a first time but, I can't give up and I set my mindset that this is a good time to learn expose my ability to carry out my tasks and responsibility. I can't disappointed my supervisor and I should challenge myself.
